This movie reminded me a lot of home alone. It was sort of family related, maybe not as much aimed towards children. It was kind of funny most of the way through, but the ending could have just left off with the old woman dying. For those people to go through all of that trouble for the amount of money that they would have been making would have just been rediculous. A story where you feel bad for the people because it seems like what they are trying to do is more trouble than it is worth.

I thought this movie wasn't that bad. Again, Nicholas Cage is the master of the strange paranoid role. I role similar to the sort of role he had to play in Adaptation. I thought this movie had the occasional humor but I am starting to get a little tired of the movies about these obsessive compulsive people. Although this movie is about a con artist and how he eventually falls victim to the life that he leads. It actually does have a happy ending and one that really helps a guy find what is really important in life.

I thought that this movie had a very interesting and creative storyline but that English attitude is just so drab. The movie just could have had so much more suspense to it with all that was going on in the story but instead it just seemed a little boring. It never really got your heart going. It was the sort of movie that would probably be a very good book but just didn't have quite the suspense on screen that it would have in words.

A very funny movie that can make you laugh out loud hysterically. The best thing that they did with this movie is name it American Wedding. The movie is so different from the first two movies that it really shouldn't be compared to them. The first twenty minutes are a real let down and the writers just really tried to overdo the comedy. But as the movie goes on the comedy is hysterical even though the characters are not really in their true character form from the first two. This is a very funny movie that should not be compared to the first two but should be looked at as a movie of it's own.

I thought this was a typical high budget summer movie. It was pretty funny, but most of the humor came from Martin Lawrence and not really that much from Will Smith. This movie is one that is full of action, it is almost too much action. The action is very believable because the budget was so high that most of the action actually did take place. This is full of car chases and explosions, all of which are pretty realistic but their may be a few too many of them. All in all a pretty good action movie.

This movie was pretty good. I thought that Dustin Hoffman's character could have been a little bit more intimidating for all the hype before you actually see him. This movie had a excellent ending and continued to flow very well. This movie was an original sort of rebel con movie that very much stayed within itself and was very entertaining. It did not get a whole lot of publicity but was one of the better movies of the first part of this year.

I thought that this movie lacked some really good humor. There were a couple of classic Adam Sandler scenes like people getting hit in the face, but for the most part Sandler has sort of left the cool role to other members of the cast. It is almost as if he used to be the badass and now he is always the victim. I thought that the other group members in the anger management group were the real comedians in this movie. The problem with Sandler I think is that now he is getting a little too into family comedy.

An amazing movie about the survival of a man during WWII in the Warsaw ghetto. This movie is sort of a mix between Schindler's List and Castaway. I really liked how this movie was not really about music and not really about the holocaust. I mean it sort of gives a background of what happened before the holocaust which is really something that can educate many people. Adrienne Brody was a good choice for best actor for his performance in this movie. This movie is shocking and amazing. Two thumbs up and one of the best movies of the year.

The Recruit I thought was surprisingly good. It keeps you guessing as to what is going on and who is who pretty much throughout the movie. Even the end reveals a secret that you are teased with whether or not it is true thoughout the whole movie. I thought this was one of Al Pacino's better movie of late. I thought the Colin Farrell did an excellent job. The movie sort of reminded me of Training Day a little bit because of the corruption within your trainer, but I would want to watch this movie again before seeing Training Day again.

This movie was very good especially for a musical. I thought that Richard Gere was very good as was Renee Zellweger and they both won Golden Globes for their performances. I think that the best parts of the movie are when the singing is interrupted by movie in mid song. I think that this breaks away from the normal musical where they sort of stop life for a few minutes to sing a song. I also thought that the other actors were fine also. I thought this was well acted and creatively put together, it is just a fun movie without too much drama about the serious situations going on in the movie.

This movie was a complete and utter disappointment. This may be the last time that I trust critics. Usually I don't trust them with big budget movies but tend to give them a little more credit when it comes to independent films. But the last time they sent me to a good independent film was Memento, way back when. This movie was not funny, it was completely boring and the characters were completely unoriginal. Save your money and don't go see this film. A story about a boring character who has had a boring life, so what if he was on a couple of David Letterman shows.

I enjoyed this movie. Especially after finding out later that many of the parts that I thought were dumb like the man getting shot with the nails underground or the children turning into bats was actually part of the catholic religion. I thought the idea about the sineater was very good and I don't know if it was true or not. But I thought that this movie had a good strong ending and fit with the story very well. They did a good job the entire movie showing that Heath Ledger was not really a priest at heart, more of a real story then the supernatural one that I was expecting.

This is probably the best movie of the summer of 2003. It is a Rocky type underdog story about a horse and a jockey and the things going on in the world in the early 30's. The best part of this movie shows how this horse brings together the life of three people and helps to bring stability during a time of trouble in the United States. Reminded me somewhat of Gangs of New York how the theme of the movie is about a horse race but the movie just continues to go so much deeper into the time period of the movie.

I thought this movie was very good. When you see the previews they make comparisons to the ring, which was terrible. This movie kept you entertained and through you a twist just when you thought you had it figured out. The twist was just enough, not too much to overdo it. I thought that it was a good mix of actors and actresses and it sort of had a Psycho type feel to it with the crappy hotel in the middle of nowhere. The movie could have ended a couple of minutes earlier and still been really cool but would not have been as complete.

This movie kept you entertained but also had you wanting a little bit more. It takes place all in one setting so instead of a movie it is almost one big scene. The good thing about it is that they realized it was only one scene and did not make it too long. There also with a major problem with the sniper's motive. I mean he had all the other people around in previous instances killed, or maybe that wasn't him at all. So why is this guy, Colin Farrell, so special to the sniper.

For about three quarters of this movie I was really interested in what was going on. Unfortunately you had to get to the last quarter. I really didn't like how the boy Duddits was actually still alive. The whole movie they are sort of making it seem as if something tragic had happened to him, then you find out he is just a guy living with cancer. If Duddits was just going to kill the alien himself then why did he need to show the others those powers? A goofy sort of horror movie that could have been much better.

Just a tiny twist on to the top of every other bet dating movie. A couple meets because of a bet, one of them finds out about the bet and then they end up staying together. Well the only difference is that in this movie that both are in a bet. This makes the whole thing a little more humorous and the friends of Matthew McCounahey add a little more amusement, but for the most part this is nothing special and not too much creativity went into making it.

Although I may be far from everyone else with this, I really enjoyed this movie. I am becoming more and more of a George Clooney fan everyday. This is sort of a breaking out movie for Sam Rockwell in his portrayal of Chuck Barris who is a very interesting character. Now if this is true and he really was a CIA agent that is great and all but it doesn't really matter. The movie was enjoyable with great actors and a good ending. I even enjoyed the cameo shots of Matt Damon and Brad Pitt on the Dating Game. I just love it when these cameo shots are put in.

Although this movie is very well thought out and insightful it is not a very good movie. I know that to watch the two brothers can be comical at times and I know the ending is for dramatical effect. But nobody really cares how hard it is to write a screenplay if the movie is going to be boring. And if the movie is going to be fake then have the whole movie be fake and entertaining. There is no point in having 3/4 of a movie about one thing and then change in the middle for dramatical effect. Then you are getting away from the real story that wasn't really going anywhere. Cage although stuck in a movie that makes you somewhat giggle deserves an oscar for this performance.

I thought that this movie wasn't that bad. It had a pretty good storyline to it. My main complaint with the movie is that the man robbing him should have been a little harder to catch, it seemed to me like catching him was just a joke. I would have liked to have seen a sort of battle between the two. Wall Street vs. The Drug Lords, that would have been much better in my book, but all in all not too bad.
